Shoulder-to-shoulder in the Real Estate Division, we spent 100-hour work weeks investing billions of dollars for the world’s wealthiest, old money establishments. With the little personal time we had, we tirelessly searched for a low-touch way to deploy our own capital into real estate.

Alex Blackwood
Co-Founder & CEO
Alex has in-depth, firsthand experience working with blockchain banks, mortgage companies, fintech platforms, and real estate investors through his time in Investment Banking and Real Estate Private Equity at Goldman Sachs. Alex graduated from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business.
FUN FACT: Alex rowed competitively in high school and college. He once spent three years training, including a month in England with his team, all to qualify and compete in the 5-day prestigious Henley Royal Regatta. He lost on the 1st day.
Joey Gumataotao
Co-Founder & President / COO
Joey brings to the table an unparalleled expertise in residential real estate and a comprehensive understanding of broader housing market economics. Joey dedicated the entirety of his foundational career to the Real Estate Investing team at Goldman Sachs. Joey is a Harvard alumnus.
FUN FACT: Joey took a gap year before college to play professionally on the European tennis tour. He quickly realized how good the rest of the world was.
Eitan Prince
Head of Engineering
Eitan led engineering teams at the top security platform for blockchain protocols and DeFi projects, Certik. Before Certik, Eitan co-founded 2 successful SaaS companies, driving both product and vision. Eitan graduated from the University of Maryland where he studied Computer Science, Consulting, and Technology Entrepreneurship.
FUN FACT: Eitan rigorously trained to become a professional drummer. Over 10 years, he competed with jazz bands, local bands, and even made a TV appearance. He found a stat on how many drummers make it professionally. He is now a Computer Scientist.
